Luxon Payments holds a significant amount of personal data, which complies with FCA and EU GDPR/Data Protection Act 2018. We do not hold any payment card data within our estate but rely on Pay360, Credorax and PPRO, our payments service providers, to store them and therefore ensure that our service providers are fully PCI/DSS compliance.
